Account information: your name, email address, and password, provided when you sign up.

Survey content: the surveys you create, including questions, themes, media, and settings.

Response data: answers that respondents submit to your surveys, stored on your behalf.

Usage information: basic technical data such as device type and coarse location, used to keep the service running and secure.

To provide and maintain the service, including building, sharing, and analysing your surveys.

To generate AI drafts, translations, and result summaries at your request.

To send you account and service emails, and, where you opt in, product updates.

To protect the service against abuse and to meet legal obligations.

Respondent answers belong to you, the survey owner. We process them on your behalf.

Any results you choose to share publicly are aggregate only by construction. Individual open-text answers are never published.

When a survey is sent as a campaign, responses may be linked to a recipient. The survey discloses this to respondents, and every campaign email includes a one-click unsubscribe.

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers, including Supabase for the database and Cloudinary for media.

Row-level security scopes every survey and response to its owner, so data is not shared between accounts.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You can delete surveys, contacts, and other content at any time. Deleted items move to Trash first and can be permanently removed from there.

When you close your account, we delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to run the service. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email.
